Para pururucar aumente o forno a temperatura máxima, retire o papel alumínio e jogue a pinga por cima do couro e feche o forno (leva cerca de 2 minutos para ficar crocante, mas um forno mais fraco pode demorar até 4).</span></li>

Se quiser, pode adicionar temperos como mais sal, pimenta ou outros. Unte um refratário de vidro com azeite. Forre com aquela massa de mandioca, fazendo uma boa camada, mas não usado tudo. Coloque a carne seca por cima e cubra com o restante do purê. Polvilhe o queijo ralado por cima e leve ao forno para gratinar.</div>

A Cal preserva o formato dos cubos, deixando durinhos por fora. Se esquecer os cubos de molho por mais tempo, não tem problema. Já aconteceu em casa e o doce ficou bom mesmo assim.<br />2-Enxague bem passando os dedos nos cubos para que não fique Cao impregnada.<br />A Cal não faz mal a saúde, pois é composta apenas de Cálcio, Oxigênio e Hidrogênio [fórmula química: Ca(OH)2], mas é bom enxaguar bem para não interferir no sabor do doce!<br />3-Coloque a água, o açúcar, a canela e o cravo em uma panela grande. Ferva em fogo baixo por aproximadamente meia hora ou até a calda começar a ficar amarelada.<br />4-Coloque os cubos de abóbora na calda e mantenha o fogo no mínimo. Quanto mais lento for o cozimento, mais saboroso fica o doce.<br />5-Quando os cubos tiverem murchado e calda estiver no mesmo nível da abóbora, desligue o fogo e tampe a panela até o dia seguinte.<br />6-No dia seguinte, abra a panela e veja que o doce diminuiu de tamanho. Ferva em fogo baixo por 5 minutos para intensificar o sabor.<br />Pronto!<br /><br />Atenção: Alguns cubos podem ficar murchos, mas é normal!</div>
